snacks by Shira vol. 48: paleo BBQ sweet potato fries
Ingredients
1 purple sweet potato
4 Tbsp EVOO
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
pinch of smoked sea salt
1 Tbsp hot toasted sesame oil
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 420.
- Slice sweet potato into wedges.
- Toss with EVOO, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, cumin, cayenne, and smoked sea salt.
- Place in one layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 35 minutes, flipping once, or until golden.
- Top with hot toasted sesame oil.
- Enjoy!
