Just the right amount of sweet and spicy.

makes 1 cup nuts

Ingredients

1 cup raw pecans
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Place the pecans, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a small bowl and toss until well combined.
  3. Place the nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 10 minutes, or until golden brown (flipping halfway through).
  5. Cool before serving.
  6. Optional: season with sea salt

serving size: 1/4 cup nuts
