Ingredients

1 bunch redbor kale
2 sheets of nori, cut into 2 inch slices
1 avocado, cubed
easter egg radishes, thinly sliced
cherry tomatoes, halved
sprouts
sesame seeds

dressing:

1/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbsp chopped shallots
1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
salt
pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix dressing ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Compose salad, add dressing, and enjoy!
