snacks by Shira vol. 69: paleo thai curry roasted cashews
Ingredients
1 cup raw cashews
2 Tbsp ghee, melted
1 Tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
pinch of cumin
pinch of sea salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Toss cashews in a small bowl with ghee, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and sea salt and mix until well combined.
- Place nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, flipping once, or until golden.
- Enjoy!
serving size: 1/4 cup nuts
