snacks by Shira vol. 45: paleo paprika roasted walnuts
makes 1 cup nuts
Ingredients
1 cup raw walnuts
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 Tbsp coconut sugar
1 Tbsp paprika
pinch of sea salt
1 Tbsp harissa
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In a bowl, combine the walnuts, coconut oil, coconut sugar, paprika, and sea salt. Mix until evenly combined.
- Place the nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet and pour remaining marinade on top.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
- Top with harissa.
- Enjoy!
