Ingredients

1 cup raw cashews
2 Tbsp maple syrup
2 Tbsp coconut amino
3 Tbsp puffed quinoa
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cashews, quinoa puffs, sesame seeds, maple syrup, coconut aminos, and sea salt. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. On a parchment lined baking sheet, form clusters from the mixture, making sure each cluster has an even layer of liquid coating.
  4. Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
  5. Cool for 30 minutes, or until clusters have congealed.
  6. Enjoy!
