snacks by Shira vol. 51: everything but the bagel roasted nuts
makes 1 cup nuts
Ingredients
1/3 cup raw cashews
1/3 cup raw walnuts
1/3 cup raw pecans
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp everything but the bagel sesame seasoning
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- In a bowl, combine the cashews, walnuts, pecans, olive oil, and everything but the bagel seasoning. Mix until evenly combined.
- Place the nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet and pour remaining marinade on top.
- Roast for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
