snacks by Shira vol. 75: paleo roasted carrots
Ingredients
6 carrots, cut in half lengthwise
4 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
for the tahini dressing
1/4 cup tahini
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp sea salt
juice of 1 lemon
1-2 Tbsp water
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Toss with EVOO, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne, and sea salt.
- Place in one layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Enjoy!
