Ingredients
10 – 15 large radishes
EVOO
sea salt
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Slice radishes into very thin chips (best to use a mandolin).
  3. Toss with EVOO and sea salt and place in one layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, flip, and bake for another 5 minutes or until crisp.
