One day I realized I could use my spiralizer to make curly fries and nothing has been the same since. Aside from being adorable, the spiralizing process cuts baking time down more than 50%, which is extra chill when you’re pressed for time.
1 sweet potato (I love the Japanese purple ones)
2 Tbsp EVOO
- Preheat the oven to 400.
- Spiralize the sweet potato on the thicker setting.
- Toss the spriralized sweet potato in a bowl with the EVOO, onion powder, garlic powder and sea salt and combine to coat evenly.
- Place the spriralized sweet potato on a parchment lined baking sheet in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
- Roast for 12-15 minutes, flipping once, or until golden.
- Cool before serving.
