I made these guys to snack on whilst I waited in line to vote. They are insanely easy and tasty and while I steer clear of processed soy, I do love edamame in moderation.
8 oz frozen organic edamame (don’t thaw)
3 Tbsp EVOO
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Toss frozen edamame with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and pepper until well combined.
- Place edamame evenly on a parchment lined backing sheet and roast for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
