I made these guys to snack on whilst I waited in line to vote. They are insanely easy and tasty and while I steer clear of processed soy, I do love edamame in moderation.

Ingredients

8 oz frozen organic edamame (don’t thaw)

3 Tbsp EVOO

garlic powder

onion powder

sea salt

black pepper

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Toss frozen edamame with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place edamame evenly on a parchment lined backing sheet and roast for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
