makes 1 cup nuts

Ingredients

1 cup raw walnuts

1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted

1 Tbsp coconut sugar

1 Tbsp paprika

pinch of sea salt

1 Tbsp harissa

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. In a bowl, combine the walnuts, coconut oil, coconut sugar, paprika, and sea salt. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Place the nuts on a parchment lined baking sheet and pour remaining marinade on top.
  4. Roast for 12-15 minutes, or until golden.
  5. Top with harissa.
  6. Enjoy!
