for the tzatziki 

1 cup full-fat unsweetened coconut yogurt

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1 Tbsp garlic powder

2 Tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

for the israeli salad

3 roma tomatoes

1 English cucumber

1 red onion

  1. In a bowl, combine the coconut yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, and fresh dill. Stir until even consistency.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion into evenly-sized cubes. Toss together in a large bowl.
  3. Serve together.
  4. Enjoy!
